* Most memorable moment - Hmmmm…our 15 piece jazz band on the beach..singing “Signed, sealed, delivered” to my new husband after the ceremony..having photos & drinking moet with our bridal party..watching the tears roll down my husbands face during his speech..the chocolate fountain..our first dance..the fireworks..the horse and carriage..??? Can’t I just have them all???
* Dream Wedding - A dusk ceremony on a windless beach with the bride, groom and guests surrounded by hundreds of shimmering candles. Gourmet food, fine wine and the floating sounds of a string quartet playing beautiful music…
* Sarah loves chocolate!!!!! She enjoys listening to Jack Johnson and her favourite movie is Sex in the City.

* Best Tip - During the reception allocate a different song each hour so when you and your husband hear it played if you are not together, get together..don’t arrive at the end of the evening only to ask each other how their night was!!
